What v1.2 is
v1.2 consolidates the UNR lineage into a single packaging framed as Digital Consent (Code of Conduct Profile), centered on:
- Controller-ID first disclosure before collection or inference
- Bilateral proof-of-notice (two-party receipts)
- State tracking and material change visibility (notice event logs)
- Portability and rights-control patterns where applicable, without surveillance intermediaries
